House Sponsors: WAIT-HOLBROOK. Short description: CNTY RETAIL TOBACCO LICENSES Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Creates the County Retail License for Tobacco Products Act. Provides that a county board may require a license and fee for retailers of tobacco products. Provides that if a licensee violates the Act, then in addition to a fine the license may be suspended, revoked, or canceled and that if a licensee violates the Sale of Tobacco to Minors Act or the Smokeless Tobacco Limitation Act, then the license shall be suspended, revoked, or cancelled. Effective immediately.
