Provides that in certain counties the maximum prize awarded for a single game may not exceed $3,250 (now $500). Permits in those counties the roll-over of prizes not won in a game of bingo into the next game. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE HB1255 fails to create a State mandate. HOME RULE NOTE HB 1255 does not preempt home rule authority. FISCAL NOTE (Dept. of Revenue) HB 1255 will have no fiscal impact on the State.
