Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Code.  Provides  that  proceeds  of      
   the tax imposed on persons engaged in the municipality in the business      
   of  renting,  leasing,  or  letting hotel rooms may be used to promote      
   economic development.
