Short description: 
COMMUNITY SVC-FUNDING INCREASE                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Community  Services   Act.   Provides   that   funds      
   appropriated to  the Department of Human Services to finance community      
   services  shall  be    adjusted  annually  to  reflect  changes in the      
   Implicit Price Deflator for State   and  Local  Government  Purchases.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB1377 fails to create a State mandate       
          under the State Mandates Act.                                        
          FISCAL NOTE (Bureau of Budget)                                       
          The total GRF cost of HB 1377 could be as high as $125 M.
