Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Amends the School Code. In the provisions for State

facilities to handicapped children, increases, beginning with the

preschool-age children who are deaf or hard of hearing by the
percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index multiplied by $8,000.
For that same school year also increases the maximum annual
reimbursement with respect to each necessary non-certified employee by
the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index multiplied by the
lesser of 1/2 the salary of such employee or $2,800. Effective
   immediately.
