HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 105 ILCS 5/2-3.25d Adds reference to: 105 ILCS 5/10-20.8b new 105 ILCS 5/34-18.17 new Changes the title and adds provisions that amend the School Code. Requires all school boards to establish and enforce a homework policy, beginning with the 1997-98 school year, which mandates that homework be regularly assigned to students.
