Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal Code  regarding  land  disconnected      
   from municipalities.  Makes a technical change.                             
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          In the opinion of DCCA, HB 1740 fails to meet the definition of      
          a State mandate under the State Mandates Act.                        
          HOME RULE NOTE                                                       
          HB 1740 makes no substantive change in the law.
