Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.  Makes  stylistic  changes      
   in Section relating to venue in delinquency proceedings.                    
          FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. Corrections)                                       
          There will be no fiscal or corrections population impact.            
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE                                                    
          No change from DOC fiscal note.                                      
          JUDICIAL NOTE                                                        
          The need to increase or decrease the number of judges cannot be      
          determined at this time.                                             
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE                                           
          HB2254 fails to meet the definition of a State mandate.
