CRIM CD-GAMBLING-TECHNICAL                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Adds a heading to Section that      
   provides that prosecution of gambling offenses may be commenced by  an      
   information.

          There will be no fiscal or corrections population impact.            
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE
