Authorizes the school board or board of education of a school district located in a county that has a population in excess of 2,000,000 to establish and operate evening programs for students using school facilities. Provides that those evening school programs may include educational enrichment programs, recreational and physical exercise programs, and tutorial programs. Adds provisions relative to program staffing. Effective immediately.
