Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends "AN ACT to amend the General Obligation Bond Act"  (Public      
   Act 90-8).  Adds an effective date to coincide with the effective date      
   of this amendatory Act.  Effective immediately.                             
          STATE DEBT IMPACT NOTE                                               
          HB2348 would not impact the level of State indebtedness.             
          FISCAL NOTE (Bureau of the Budget)                                   
          No increase or decrease in State expenditures or revenues.
