GO BOND ACT-REDUCTION                                                      

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the General Obligation Bond Act  by  reducing  by  $1  the      
   total  amount  of  General Obligation Bonds authorized under this Act.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
          STATE DEBT IMPACT NOTE                                               
          HB2380 would reduce total bond authorization by $1.                  
          BALANCED BUDGET NOTE                                                 
          HB2380 does not affect any FY98 general funds appropriation.         
          FISCAL NOTE (Bureau of the Budget)                                   
          No increase or decrease in State expenditures or revenues.           
          STATE MANDATES ACT FISCAL NOTE                                       
          Fails to create a State mandate.
