Eliminates the requirement that a school district meet certain minimum enrollment standards in order to be eligible to receive a school construction project grant. Effective immediately. FISCAL NOTE (State Board of Education) A total of 129 currently ineligible districts would become eligible. Funding rank order is determined by relative need so districts with lesser needs would likely not be funded if fund- ing is inadequate to meet demand.
