Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School  Code  to  require  a  board  of  education  to      
   establish a preschool practice house to train children in order to get      
   them ready to attend school.

          No state-level costs; dist.-level costs could be substantial.        
          STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE (State Board of Education)
