Requires timely payment of child support obligations as condition of participation in a diversion program for certain persons on parole or mandatory supervised release, as a condition of parole or mandatory supervised release, as a condition of probation or conditional discharge, and as a condition of supervision. (Now, providing financial support to dependents is a required condition of participation in the diversion program and may be required as a condition of participation in the other programs.)
