Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
Requires the Auditor General to conduct a management
audit of the State's use of certificates of participation for the
lease-purchase of a Chicago office building on behalf of the
Department of Public Aid.
FISCAL NOTE (Office of Auditor General)
The audit will cost an estimated $20,000 to $40,000, which can
be absorbed by existing personnel within the existing budget.
