Provides that all reports of campaign contributions or expenditures filed by a candidate for the General Assembly or for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Comptroller, or State Treasurer or by a political committee in support of a candidate for any of those offices shall be filed in an electronic format specified by the State Board of Elections. Provides that the Board shall promptly make all electronically filed reports publicly available by means of a searchable database that is accessible through the World Wide Web.
