Provides that it is a factor in aggravation that the court may consider as a reason to impose a more severe sentence that the defendant committed a specified enumerated offense within 1,000 feet of a conveyance owned, leased, or contracted by a school to transport students to or from school or a school related activity (now the aggravating factor applies only if the offense was committed on the conveyance). Effective immediately.
