Prohibits a nursing home from permitting a male nurse or other staff member to provide personal care to a female resident unless a female staff member is present. Prohibits a nursing home from permitting a male staff member to provide services other than personal care to a female resident unless a female staff member is present. Does not apply to services provided by a physician. Makes violation a business offense. Effective immediately.
