MOTOR VEH-SCH CD-ATTEND SCHOOL                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code and the School Code.   Beginning      
   January  1,  1998 and continuing until January 1, 2003, provides, with      
   certain exceptions, for the cancellation of  or  refusal  to  issue  a      
   driver's  license for failure of an unmarried person under 18 years of      
   age to maintain school attendance.  Effective January 1, 1997.
