Short description: 
USE OCC TXS-GAS-ROAD FUND                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service  Use  Tax  Act,  the  Service      
   Occupation  Tax  Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act.  Provides      
   that for each of the 12 months beginning July 1998 through June  1999,      
   as  soon  as  possible  after  the  last  day of each such month, upon      
   certification from the Department of Revenue,  the  Comptroller  shall      
   order  transferred  and  the Treasurer shall transfer from the General      
   Revenue Fund to the Road Fund  the  aggregate  amount  received  under      
   those Acts or an aggregate of $33,333,333, whichever is less, from the      
   tax imposed under those Acts from gasoline.  Provides that the amounts      
   shall  be  transferred  first  from  the amounts received from the tax      
   imposed under the Retailers'  Occupation  Tax  Act,  second  from  the      
   moneys  received under the Use Tax Act, third from the moneys received      
   under the Service Occupation Tax  Act,  and  fourth  from  the  moneys      
   received under the Service Use Tax Act. Effective immediately.
