1 AN ACT to amend the Capital Development Board Act by
2 adding Section 10.19.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Capital Development Board Act is amended
6 by adding Section 10.19 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 3105/10.19 new)
8 Sec. 10.19. Mary Brown Community Center renovation. To
9 make grants to the City of East St. Louis to renovate the
10 Mary Brown Community Center in East St. Louis, Illinois.
