1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1 is appropriated to the
5 Department of Transportation for all costs associated with
6 various studies on infrastructure and safety.
7 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
8 July 1, 1999.
