1 AN ACT in relation to the transfer of real property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $50 to the
5 Department of Natural Resources, the Director of Natural
6 Resources is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all
7 right, title, and interest in and to the following described
8 real property in Johnson County, Illinois to the Cedar Grove
9 Church, of the Village of Buncombe, County of Johnson, State
10 of Illinois:
11 The South 70.00 feet of the West 50.00 feet of the
12 Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31,
13 Township 11 South, Range 2 East of the Third Principal
14 Meridian, Johnson County, Illinois, as said Southwest
15 Quarter of the Northeast Quarter was surveyed by Edward
16 J. Reeder, I.P.L.S. No. 2546, during the months of
17 February through May of 1997.
18 Section 90. The Director of Natural Resources shall
19 obtain a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after its
20 effective date and, upon receipt of payment required by this
21 Act, shall record the certified document in the Recorder's
22 Office in the county in which the land is located.
23 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
24 becoming law.
