1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 812
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 812, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, line 22, by replacing "general" with
5 "generally"; and
6 on page 2, line 23, by replacing "inhereing" with "inhering";
7 and
8 on page 3, by replacing lines 10 through 21 with the
9 following:
10 "Section 15. Arbitration. A contractor and governmental
11 entity may, by mutual agreement, arbitrate the contractor's
12 entitlement to recover the actual increase in contract time
13 or costs incurred because of a physical condition at the
14 site. The judgment rendered may be entered in any court
15 having jurisdiction over the matter."; and
16 on page 3, line 22, by replacing "Section 25." with "Section
17 20."; and
18 on page 3, line 26, by replacing "Section 30." with "Section
19 25.".
