        Amends the School Visitation Rights Act.  Changes the short title      
   to  the  School  and  Health  Care  Provider  Visitation  Rights  Act.      
   Requires an employer to grant an employee  leave  of  up  to  8  hours      
   during  a school year to accompany the employee's child to visits with      
   a health care provider.  Provides that no more than 4 of  those  hours      
   may  be  taken  in a single day.  Provides that a health care provider      
   shall give documentation of the visit to the  employee  and  that  the      
   employee shall give the documentation to the employer.
