(BURZYNSKI) New Act Creates the School Community Policing Partnership Act to provide financial assistance to school districts to ensure safe, secure, and peaceful school campuses through the use of a community policing approach to school crime and safety issues. Creates the School Community Policing Partnership Grant Program to be administered by the State Board of Education through a School and Law Enforcement Partnership. Establishes requirements that school districts and school community policing partnerships that receive funds must meet.
