(HAWKINSON)

   725 ILCS 5/110-10         from Ch. 38, par. 110-10                          

        Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963.  Eliminates the $5      
   daily maximum fee limitation that the defendant pay for the  costs  of      
   home  supervision  with the use of a monitoring device.  Provides that      
   the defendant on bond who is charged with  an  alcohol,  cannabis,  or      
   controlled  substance  violation  must pay a fee that represents costs      
   incidental to electronic monitoring.
