WALSH,L. 625 ILCS 5/18c-7405 new Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that rail carriers shall make counseling services available to crew members involved in accidents resulting in loss of life or serious bodily injury on their railways. Provides that crew members shall be placed on leave for at least 3 days after an accident. Provides that the leave shall be compensated unless the accident was due to the crew member's negligence.
