   40 ILCS 5/15-139          from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 15-139                     

        Amends the State Universities Article  of  the  Illinois  Pension      
   Code.   Deletes  language  reducing the retirement annuity of a person      
   who retires before age 60 and returns to employment under  Article  14      
   or 16 of the Code.  Effective immediately.
