LAUZEN-DILLARD. 625 ILCS 5/7-103 new Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to require the Department of Transportation to conduct an annual study to determine the 100 most dangerous intersections in the State. Provides certain criteria the Department shall consider when determining the 100 most dangerous intersections in the State.
