NOLAND. 720 ILCS 5/12-18 from Ch. 38, par. 12-18 Amends the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that if a person is charged with criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual assault, or predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and the victim requests it, the prosecuting attorney must seek a court order requiring that the defendant be tested for all sexually transmissible diseases (instead of just HIV).
