IL FERTILIZER ACT-REGISTER                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Fertilizer  Act  of  1961  in  relation  to      
   definitions,   registration,  licensing,  labeling,  inspections,  the      
   Fertilizer Control Fund,  plant  food  deficiency,  commercial  value,      
   adulteration,  tonnage  reports,  publications,  rules,  short weight,      
   administrative hearings, "stop sale" orders, location and operation of      
   facilities, violations, and cooperation with other entities.   Repeals      
   provisions  in  relation  to  minimum  plant  food  content, seizures,      
   condemnations,  and  sales,  and  exchanges   between   manufacturers.      
   Effective July 1, 1999.
