Provides that the State contribution toward the cost of retiree and survivor group health insurance shall be 12.5% per year (rather than 5%) for each year of credit as a regional superintendent or assistant regional superintendent of schools. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) SB 1146 would not affect the accrued liabilities or annual cost of any public pension fund or retriement system in Illinois.
