1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 906
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 906 as follows:
3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:
5 "Section 5. The Firearm Owners Identification Card Act
6 is amended by adding Section 3.2 as follows:
7 (430 ILCS 65/3.2 new)
8 Sec. 3.2. Report to the local law enforcement agency.
9 The Department of State Police must report the name and
10 address of a person to the local law enforcement agency where
11 the person resides if the person attempting to purchase a
12 firearm is disqualified from purchasing a firearm because of
13 information obtained under Section 3.1.".
