1 AN ACT in relation to public aid.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
5 changing Section 10-10.2 as follows:
6 (305 ILCS 5/10-10.2) (from Ch. 23, par. 10-10.2)
7 Sec. 10-10.2. Notice to Clerk of Circuit Court of
8 Payment Received by the Illinois Department for Recording.
9 For those cases in which support is payable to the clerk of
10 the circuit court for transmittal to the Illinois Department
11 by order of court, and the Illinois Department collects
12 support by assignment, offset, withholding, deduction or
13 other process permitted by law, the Illinois Department shall
14 notify the clerk of the date and amount of the such
15 collection. Upon notification, the clerk shall record the
16 collection on the payment record for the case.
