1 AN ACT in relation to civil procedure.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Code of Civil Procedure is amended by
5 changing Section 1-103 as follows:
6 (735 ILCS 5/1-103) (from Ch. 110, par. 1-103)
7 Sec. 1-103. Effect of headings. Article, Part, and
8 Section headings contained in this Code herein shall not be
9 deemed to govern, limit, modify, or in any manner affect the
10 scope, meaning, or intent of the provisions of any Article,
11 Part, or Section of this Code Act.
