1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3188
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3188, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 2, by inserting after line 12 the following:
5 (735 ILCS 5/7-103.162a new)
6 Sec. 7-103.162a. Quick-take; Danville Township.
7 Quick-take proceedings under Section 7-103 may be used for a
8 period of 24 months after the effective date of this
9 amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly by Danville
10 Township in Vermilion County for the acquisition of the
11 following described property for the purpose of economic
12 development:
13 A Roadway to be permanently dedicated to Danville Township,
14 Vermilion County, Illinois, more particularly described as
15 follows:
16 Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Section 24, Township
17 19 North, Range 11 West of the 2nd P.M., then South
18 thirty feet (30'); then West parallel with the North line
19 of said Section 24 to the West line of said Section 24;
20 then North one hundred feet (100'); then East a distance
21 of fifty feet (50') East of the West line of the
22 Southwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 19 North, Range
23 11 West of the 2nd P.M., then South to a point fifty feet

1 (50') North of the South line of said Section 13; then
2 East parallel to the South line of said Section 13 to the
3 East line of said Section 13; then South to the point of
4 beginning.
5 The exact legal description of the above described Roadway
6 will be determined by a survey to be performed under Court
7 supervision in the Eminent Domain Proceeding which will be
8 brought by Danville Township to obtain the above described
9 property as a permanently dedicated Township Roadway.".
