1 AN ACT concerning bottled water.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Bottled Water Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 310/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 121.101)
7 Sec. 1. Bottles to be sealed. Bottles of one gallon or
8 more capacity containing water to be sold in this State for
9 human consumption shall be sealed by the party filling the
10 bottles in such a way that the seal must be broken to open
11 the bottles.
