Provides that the Department shall establish a statewide senior health assistance outreach program, subject to appropriation for that specific purpose. Provides that the statewide senior health assistance outreach program shall include a one-stop-shopping clearinghouse for all information regarding prescription drug coverage programs and other health assistance benefits.
