AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
by adding Section 55.91.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
amended by adding Section 55.91 as follows:
(20 ILCS 2310/55.91 new)
Sec. 55.91. Ovarian cancer; Cancer Information Service.
The Department of Public Health, in cooperation with the
Cancer Information Service, shall promote the services of
the Cancer Information Service in relation to ovarian
cancer.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
