SUBPART A: GENERAL
Section 2070.10 Definitions
a) "Act" as used in this part means the "Illinois
Controlled Substances Act," effective August 16, 1971, as amended.
b) The definitions contained in Section 102 of the Act are
applicable herein, unless the context otherwise requires.
Section 2070.20 Designated
Products
The Department finds that the
following Controlled Substances listed in Schedule II (Subpart C) require use
of an official prescription blank for dispensation: any narcotic drug,
amphetamine, glutethimide, phenmetrazine, methamphetamine, pentazocine, or cannabis
product.
