SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 835/3b rep.

If and only if Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly becomes law, repeals the provisions of Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly. Effective immediately or on the date Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly takes effect, whichever is later.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly becomes law, then Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly, "An Act concerning State government", is amended by repealing Sections 5, 10, and 15.

Section 10. If and only if Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly becomes law, the State Parks Act is amended by repealing Section 3b.

Section 90. Applicability. This Act applies only if the transfers set forth in Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly have not occurred on or before the effective date of this Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law or on the date Senate Bill 867 of the 103rd General Assembly takes effect, whichever is later.
