Appropriates the amount of $10,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for the purpose of awarding a grant to Omega Psi Phi Fraternity for costs associated with the Fraternity’s 2028 Grand Conclave. Effective July 1, 2025. |

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The amount of $10,000,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 6 | | Revenue Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic |
| 7 | | Opportunity for the purpose of awarding a grant to Omega Psi |
| 8 | | Phi Fraternity for costs associated with the Fraternity's 2028 |
| 9 | | Grand Conclave.

| 10 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, |
