| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened |
| 3 | | to learn of the death of Amanda R. Sodaro of Springfield, who |
| 4 | | passed away on June 20, 2025; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Amanda Sodaro, the daughter of Kathy Sodaro and |
| 6 | | Brad Mills, was born in Springfield on August 25, 1979; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Amanda Sodaro was a member of Third Presbyterian |
| 8 | | Church in Springfield; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Amanda Sodaro loved Hello Kitty and SpongeBob |
| 10 | | SquarePants; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Amanda Sodaro was preceded in death by her |
| 12 | | maternal grandparents, James and Judith Sodaro; her paternal |
| 13 | | grandparents, Louis and Martha Mills; and her aunt, Barbara J. |
| 14 | | Waid; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Amanda Sodaro is survived by her parents; her |
| 16 | | sister, Justine Macklin; and several aunts and uncles; |
| 17 | | therefore, be it

| 18 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL |
| 19 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
