Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Jury Act and the Jury Commission Act. Requires employers to compensate employees at the employee's regular rate of pay for time that the employee served on jury duty.

House Floor Amendment No. 1
Provides that the requirement to compensate employees at their regular rate of pay for time serving on jury duty does not apply to employers with 25 or fewer employees.
