    AN ACT concerning State government.

 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:


 
    Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and 
Duties Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is 
amended  by adding Section 2310-306 as follows:
 
    (20 ILCS 2310/2310-306  new)
    Sec. 2310-306. Telemedicine brochure.  The Department of 
Public Health, subject to appropriation, shall develop, 
publish, and disseminate a brochure to educate the general 
public on the use and availability in Illinois of telemedicine 
and the advantages of telemedicine in providing access to
