 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Workplace Transparency Act. In provisions concerning recoverable damages, removes references to "consequential damages". Effective January 1, 2026.
HB 0762 (HFA 0001)
  Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Creates the Child Welfare Liability Insurance Crisis Survey Act. Requires the Department of Insurance to oversee a survey to examine the state of the liability insurance market for community-based providers of foster care and adoption services. Provides that the Department shall develop and submit, no later than April 1, 2026, a report to the General Assembly and the Governor on the results of the survey.
HB 2333 (HFA 0002)
 Adds provisions to the introduced bill amending the Secretary of State Merit Employment Code. Removes provisions providing that the Director of Personnel shall be appointed with the advice and consent of the Senate. Adds provisions to the introduced bill amending the Comptroller Merit Employment Code. Removes provisions providing that the Director of Human Resources of the Office of the Comptroller shall be appointed with the advice and consent of the Senate.
