Section 807.101 Authority, Policy and Purposes
Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 5, 22 and 27 of the Environmental Protection Act, (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, pars. 1001, et seq., "the Act") and consistent with the policy and purposes expressed in Section 20 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 111½, par. 1020) thereof, the Pollution Control Board ("the Board") adopts the following Rules and Regulations.
