AUTHORITY: Implementing Title II, Subtitle A of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12131-12134), as specified in Title II regulations (28 CFR 35.107), and authorized by Sections 7.1 and 7.2 of the Illinois Lottery Law (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 120, pars. 1157.1 and 1157.2).
